Organizational Chart：
There is a secretary under the district chief, and six different sections: Personnel Section, Accounting Section, Military Service Affairs Section, Economic Affairs Section, Social Affairs Section, Civil Affairs Section. Under the Military Service Affairs Section there are sub divisions of Mail Delivery, Accounting, General Affairs and Planning. Under the Economic Affairs Section, there are Community Planning Workstations. Under the Civil Affairs Section, there are Li Offices, Arbitration Committee, and Compulsory Education Committee.

District affairs management is an extension of the city administration, and it includes a wide range of issues. All our teammates are gaining more and more experience in their job. When they discover problems in their service, they analyze and find a solution for these problems.
